1. Before stringing your racquet, our staff will conduct a thorough inspection. This includes checking the material (metal or carbon), the frame for any deformation or cracks, and the paintwork for any damage. Based on this inspection, they will provide you with expert stringing recommendations.
2. We reserve the right to refuse stringing services in the following situations:
- The racquet has cracks in the frame.
- The requested stringing tension exceeds the racquet's recommended limit.
3. Customers are requested to confirm the condition of the racquet and strings upon collection. Once confirmed, Graybar will not be responsible for any subsequent string breakage or racquet damage.
4. Stringing service fees are based on the price list displayed in store.
5. In case of any dispute, Graybar reserves the right to make the final decision.
